Sports Physicals Information
Anyone interested in playing sports next year for FCHS or BFMS must have a physical dated AFTER May 1, 2019. This physical will be good for the entire 2019-2020 school year. Here is an opportunity to get one at a fairly good price.

NEED TO BRING: A VHSL physical form with pages 1, 2, and 4 already filled out. These can be picked up at reception in East or West Hall.
