BFMS/TGC Fundraiser Items

The BFMS/Gereau Center Fundraiser orders (including the frozen COOKIE DOUGH) will be ready for pick-up between 3 PM to 5:45 PM on Wednesday, March 15th in West Hall Cafeteria. Please remember to pick up cookie dough and any large orders on March 15th. The small orders will be sent home with students. Thank you. Scholastic Book Fairs - Both East & West Halls and online!

Both East and West Halls are having their Spring Book Fairs 2/27/17 - 3/3/17. The theme is "Wilderness - Get Lost in a Good Book". To celebrate we are asking staff and students to wear Camo on Wednesday 3/1 and both book fairs will be open in the library media centers until 5:00PM on 3/1/17 for parents, grandparents and others to come out and shop! You may also shop online for both book fairs. For East Hall, go to bookfairs.scholastic.com/homepage/BFMSEAST . For West Hall, go to http://www.scholastic.com/bf/bfms-west. Thanks for supporting the library media programs at Benjamin Franklin Middle School. 

Box Tops for Education and Fundraiser Info

Thank you parents and faculty for your Box Tops for Education and your fundraiser orders! We have extended the deadline to turn in the fundraiser orders until Tuesday 2/21 for those who need a few more days. The Box Tops for Education deadline to sin prizes is still Feb. 28th. Soup for Seniors

The NJHS will be sponsoring a Soup for Seniors community service project. Students who wish to participate will be asked to bring canned soup and crackers beginning this week. The collections will be given to seniors in our community. The last day for collections will be February 7th. The class with the most donations will win a pizza party. Thanks in advance!

Parent/Guardian Informational Meetings at the Gereau Center:

Attending ONE (1) informational meeting is required prior to submitting a student application

 

January 23 — 7 pm (snow date January 30)

January 25 — 9 am (snow date February 1)

January 26 — 7 pm (snow date February 2)

February 6 — 7 pm (snow date February 13)

February 8 — 9 am (snow date February 15)

February 9 — 7 pm (snow date February 16)

Student Applications are due to back to the BFMS guidance office by February 24, 2017

BFMS Fundraising Orders

This message is regarding the BFMS fundraising orders that will be delivered Monday, November 7th to students' first period classes for them to take home on the bus or as a car rider.  For the fundraising orders that are too large to go home on the bus, parents may feel free to come to the school to pick up orders on Monday 12:00-6:00 PM and on Tuesday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Please call the school if you have additional questions about picking up the orders. Thank you for supporting the BFMS fundraiser.  Dr. Cobbs

West Hall Book Fair

West Hall Book Fair will be open Monday, October 24 - Friday, October 28 frpm 8:00 - 3:00. Wednesday is family time and we will stay open until 5:00. Please come and check out the book fair!

Breast Cancer Awareness Week

This week we will be acknowledging Breast Cancer Awareness month through announcements and the wearing the color of pink on Friday. Breast cancer has affected all of us in some way so lets show our Eagle Pride by wearing pink - If you do not have pink clothing, pink ribbons are encouraged!
